Reporting to the Process Manager, you will manage a team of Warehouse Operatives, ensuring parcels move safely and efficiently while maintaining productivity, engagement and compliance.

The role requires a confident people leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and develop colleagues, monitor KPIs and drive health and safety standards.
