Area Swim Manager – Lead Learn-to-Swim Programs

Freedom Leisure is seeking an Area Swim Manager to lead and inspire our swimming programs across the South Somerset contract. You’ll oversee pool programmes and swim schools at multiple centres, balancing management with hands-on teaching and staff development.

You will design and oversee Learn to Swim progression, build community relations with groups and schools, and drive strategic workforce development across sites. This role requires travel within the contract.
