Stock Condition Surveyor – Portsmouth (6-Month Contract)

Workshop Recruitment is seeking an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to support a social housing contract. Portsmouth-based with travel across Southampton, Fareham, Chichester, and other Hampshire areas. You will inspect tenanted and void properties, recording findings and producing clear reports.

You must hold NVQ Level 4/HND preferred, possess a full UK driving licence, and travel in your own vehicle (45p per mile). This is a 6-month temporary contract with an hourly rate of £32–£35.
