Construction Finance Controller – Projects & Cash Flow Lead

CMA in Chandlers Ford is seeking a Financial Controller to take full ownership of the finance function across multiple live projects, reporting to the Managing Director. You’ll manage monthly accounts, cash flow and budgets, while handling invoicing, CIS and VAT with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.

You will liaise with external accountants and lead on financial policies, with a hybrid office setup (office base in Chandlers Ford, one day remote).
