Remote Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner (Band 5)

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting two permanent, full-time Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioners to join the Oldham Primary Care Networks and Oldham Neighborhood Mental Health Team. The role bridges primary care and specialist mental health services, providing early assessment and brief psychological interventions.

You will support goal setting, promote self-management, and deliver brief wellbeing-focused interventions under clinical supervision, using CBT-informed approaches.
