Multi-Site Production Leader — Waste & Operations

HR GO Recruitment is supporting a well-established organisation in the waste management sector seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee multi-site production operations near Yeovil. You will report to the Production Director and ensure safe, efficient and compliant performance across several depots.

You will manage 4 sites with a team of around 30, lead planning and scheduling, drive continuous improvement and ensure health, safety and environmental compliance.
