Empowering Witness Care Officer – Support Victims

Leicestershire Police are seeking two Witness Care Officers on a 12-month fixed term basis to support victims and witnesses throughout their cases. You will deliver updates, explain services and help cases progress smoothly and effectively.

You’ll provide empathetic guidance, maintain contact to ensure readiness for hearings, and handle enquiries accurately using computer databases. This is a role for dedicated individuals passionate about supporting others within the justice system.
