Lead Quality Control Inspector – Manufacturing Excellence

James Fisher and Sons plc is seeking an experienced Lead Quality Control Inspector for our Westhill site in Aberdeenshire. You will lead QC activities across manufacturing, assembly and testing while mentoring inspectors and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

The role reports to the Quality Manager and requires security checks. You will collaborate with production, engineering and procurement to drive continuous improvement and a strong quality culture, including supplier quality support.
