Shop Floor Customer Service Leader

William Hill is seeking a Team Leader to work on the shop floor, engaging with customers and driving an outstanding service experience. You will lead a team of Customer Service Representatives, coach growth, and ensure the shop remains visually appealing while meeting targets and safety standards.

You will be on the shop floor with varied shifts from 8am–10pm, Monday to Sunday, with a rota that includes evenings and weekends.
