Kernel is building a business identity layer for agents, with an outbound sales motion that rewards high performers. You will own a book of pre-tiered accounts, researching and prospecting to generate qualified pipeline across calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.

You’ll partner with Marketing and AEs, iterate on messaging, and continuously improve ICPs while contributing to GTM strategy in a fast-paced startup.
