Night Duty Manager – Guest Care & Operations

Crowne Plaza is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to support the Night Manager and ensure smooth night-time operations across all hotel departments. You will handle night audits, guest requests, and supervise late-night staff to uphold high standards of service and safety.

The role involves guest interactions, resolving issues, and collaborating with other departments to meet night-time service commitments. Training will be provided on property management systems and health & safety procedures.
