Emergency-Response Customer Care Specialist

Otis is seeking a Customer Service Operator for OtisLine in Leicester. You will act as the primary interface between our internal and external customers within our contact center, with an 8am-4pm shift, and opportunities to upskill into other areas of the service center.

You will handle emergency breakdown calls, address customer and mechanic questions promptly, and keep Otis Business Systems updated with accurate information. A supportive team environment and clear growth path are offered.
