Visitor Experience Operations Lead (Duty Manager & Safety)

Wellcome Collection is recruiting a Duty Manager & First Aider to ensure safe, smooth operation of the venue and to lead incident responses. You will support the Visitor Experience & Engagement team with resource planning, ticketing systems, and forward planning.

The role involves welcoming visitors, handling feedback, reporting issues, and maintaining presentation standards while prioritising accessibility and inclusion. Some evenings and weekend work are required as part of a rota.
