Cyber Security Awareness & Culture Skills Lead

SPEN is seeking an Awareness, Behaviour and Culture Skills Lead to join the cyber security team in Glasgow. The role focuses on developing, implementing and improving awareness, behaviour change and skills development across employees, contractors and third parties.

The successful candidate will lead the development of cyber skills frameworks, learning pathways and competency models while strengthening insider risk controls. A 12-month contract with renewal scope is on offer.
