JSM & Integration Specialist role at Tiro Partners is a hands-on contractor position based in the UK. You will lead Jira Service Management configuration, design integrations with CRMs and backend systems via APIs and webhooks, and shape workflows used by operations daily.
The ideal candidate has deep Jira Cloud/JSM experience, a track record in CRM integrations, and strong communication with both developers and non-technical teams. Healthcare or regulated sectors experience is a plus.
