Field IT Engineer – 2nd Line On-Site & Office

abtec Managed IT is seeking a hands-on 2nd line IT engineer who thrives on real-world problem solving. After ramping up, you’ll split your time between client sites across the Northwest and our modern Pavilion West office, supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premise infrastructure.

You’ll own incidents end-to-end, contribute to projects, mentor newer colleagues, and keep documentation sharp. A full UK driving licence and a proactive, customer-focused approach are essential.
