Multisite Pharmacist (Hospital Based, Part Time)

As a Multisite Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care and support across 2 x pharmacy locations in York and Hull (set rota). Working alongside a skilled and dedicated team, you’ll help uphold the highest standards of patient safety, customer service, and overall wellbeing.

3 days p/w: Friday (York) and Saturday 9am – 17.15pm; Sunday. 10am – 4pm (Hull)

Key Duties

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.
• Provide medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimise patient care.
• Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory.
• Provide immunization services (where applicable).
• Offer advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products.
• Actively participate in health promotion and public health initiatives.

Package and Benefits

• Salary based on 22.5 hrs p/w33 days holiday (Increasing to 40 days with length of service) pro rata

Key Skills and Qualifications

• MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK
