Community Enablement & Support Worker (Evenings/Weekends)

Nottingham Mencap is seeking a Support and Enablement Worker – Befriending to support individuals in the community and at home through tailored activities designed to help them achieve their personal aims. The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centred support and practical engagement in everyday activities.

We’re looking for caring people who can work after school, evenings and weekends; availability through school holidays is a bonus as many we support are school-age.
