Key Responsibilities:
Undertaking urgent mental health and risk assessments
Supporting children and young people presenting in crisis
Developing and reviewing crisis plans
Working closely with families, carers and partner agencies
Liaising with acute services, including A&E and inpatient teams
Contributing to safe, effective and person-centred care
Essential Qualifications:
To apply, you must have:
NMC registration
(valid and active).
A minimum of
6 months of NHS experience as in Community
