Isle of Wight Care & Support Bank Worker (Flexible Hours)

Southern Housing is seeking Care and Support Bank Workers to join its care teams on the Isle of Wight. Bank workers respond to residents’ care needs, assist with personal care, and help maintain safe, inclusive living environments across multiple schemes on the island.

Locations include Ryde, Sandown, Newport, Ventnor and Island-Wide; driver is essential. Training and support are provided, with opportunities for progression and funding for professional qualifications.
