Hybrid Revenues Officer | Tax & Billing Specialist

Hays are partnering with a well-established organisation in Nottingham to recruit a Revenues Officer for their finance team. You will deliver a customer-focused revenue service, administering taxation accounts and supporting enquiries.

You will manage council tax and business rates accounts, set up new files, issue bills, advise customers, and handle recovery and payment arrangements in line with policies.
