Compassionate Social Care Worker – Flexible Hours

Shetland Islands Council is seeking a Social Care Worker for Newcraigielea, Lerwick, Shetland. This entry/main grade post supports adults with learning disabilities or autism to live independently, attend day services, and enjoy meaningful activities.

Applicants should value compassion, dignity and respect, and be willing to travel within Shetland. PVG scheme and SSSC registration may be required; driving licence is desirable in some posts.
