Purpose and Function of Post

To provide a general housekeeping service including cleaning and caretaking duties within the Council Offices, and Council Depot building, Ballyronan Road, Magherafelt in order that it is kept and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and service, whilst providing support to services by way of housekeeping arrangements through the provision of hospitality for meetings and engagements within the buildings.

The successful applicant must be prepared to undertake any necessary training relevant to the post, eg COSHH etc
