Retail Shift Leader: Lead & Coach Customer Experience

TESCO UK is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to manage daily store operations and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and guiding colleagues to solve problems on the shop floor.

You will be responsible for coaching team members, communicating clearly, and acting as the store’s point of contact in the Manager’s absence.
