IT Service Desk Technician – Cardiff, Onsite & Project-Driven

Geldards LLP is recruiting an IT Service Desk Technician to join the Cardiff IT team. The role supports staff across offices, builds and deploys hardware, administers Active Directory/EntraID and resolves incidents via phone, email and in person.

Working Monday to Friday 9-5 with on-call remote hours on a rota, you will help maintain IT systems, contribute to IT policies, and participate in projects while pursuing ongoing training and development.
