Retail Assistant Manager – Charity Shop Lead

Southern Hospice Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Worthing shop. You will oversee a small team of staff and volunteers, ensure excellent customer service, manage stock, and handle daily cash operations.

Training is provided to help you drive sales while maintaining a safe, welcoming shop environment. You will promote Gift Aid, support banking needs, and take responsibility in the manager’s absence after a full induction.
