Digital Library Support Specialist – Resident Services

Wigan Council is seeking two part-time Resident Services Customer Support staff to deliver a range of library services from Leigh Library, with travel to other branches as required.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, promoting online services, helping residents become more self-reliant, and supporting library events and activities to ensure a welcoming and helpful visit for people of all ages.
