Pub & Hospitality Team Leader

The Inn Collection Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for The Black Swan in Helmsley, a historic inn in the heart of North Yorkshire. You will support the General Manager, lead daily operations, and ensure a welcoming, home‑from‑home atmosphere for guests and staff.

You’ll work hands-on with the team, coordinate with chefs and suppliers, manage shifts, and contribute to delivering high standards of hospitality in a busy, guest‑facing environment.
