Fitness Manager – Lead Gym Team & Classes (Flex)

The Gym Group in London Colindale is seeking a Fitness Manager to support the General Manager in running the gym and to deputise in their absence. You will be passionate about fitness and champion our members, teams and culture, embodying our values and encouraging others to do the same.

Your role includes leading in-gym service to boost member satisfaction, line managing fitness trainers, developing the group exercise timetable, and driving gym performance while upholding health and safety
