Section Chef de Partie — Precision, Leadership & Flavor

Umami is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to take charge of a specific kitchen section and uphold the restaurant’s high standards. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth operations, quality, and timely service.

You will supervise and mentor junior staff, manage stock and storage, and maintain rigorous food safety practices while delivering exceptional presentations and flavors during every service.
