Café Manager — Launch and Lead a Brand-New Café

Compass Group UK&I is opening a brand-new café in Southampton and is looking for a hands-on Café Manager to launch and run the site from day one.

You’ll lead from the front, recruit and develop a strong team, set standards for food, coffee and presentation, and shape how the café looks, feels and operates.

This is a 40-hour-per-week role across 5 of 7 days, offering the chance to build a welcoming space customers love from the first morning rush through close.
