Job Description:
The University of Edinburgh is seeking a Chef De Partie for Canopy Kitchen & Courtyard at the Edinburgh Futures Institute, located in the Meadows. You will support day-to-day kitchen operations, run your own section, and help deliver high quality dishes.
Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will ensure dishes are prepared, cooked and plated to recipes and safety standards, and you will coach junior staff as needed. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings is essential.
