Retail Shoes Sales Associate – Brand Experience & KPI Focus

Clarks Belfast is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to deliver a great consumer experience in-store while hitting set targets and KPIs. You’ll actively sell shoes and accessories using Clarks selling models and help maintain high retail standards front and back of house.

You’ll engage customers with product knowledge, use technology to enhance service, support cash and stock security procedures, and work a 7-day shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays.
