Store Keyholder: Lead Sales, Service & Styling

TALA is a women’s activewear brand hiring a Customer Service & Key Holder for our Edinburgh store. You’ll greet customers, offer styling advice, process sales, and help maintain a visually appealing store aligned with brand guidelines.

As a Key Holder, you’ll support opening/closing, manage tills, coach junior staff, and ensure security. Fluent English, great communication, and a passion for customer relationships are essential for success in this role.
