Business Analyst – Post Merger Integration

A global professional services company are looking for a Business Analyst on contract to work on Post Merger integration project. Applicants will be required to have previous and demonstrable experience of working on projects involving Post Merger Integration / Mergers and Acquisitions or Divestment projects for key global firms. (These roles can be base in either London or in Dublin offices) Target day rate – £650 – £850 per day (Inside IR35)

Background required

• Business Analyst's with experience on post-merger integration or two-company alignment programs for Global firms (Professional Services or otherwise – Open here from an industry perspective)

n

• Exposure to operating model design, business capability modeling, or service delivery model work

n

• Familiarity with structured analysis methods and with process and requirements tooling

n

• Relevant certifications (e.g., business analysis, Lean/Six Sigma, or transformation/change methodologies)

n

• Industry experience relevant to corporate service including legal, tax, compliance, and regulatory
