Interim Property Safety Manager

We are supporting a major infrastructure organisation with the appointment of an Interim Property Safety Manager to deliver a defined programme of compliance work across its property portfolio.

The assignment will include:
n
• Completing DSEAR assessments at sites in Glasgow and Dumfries
n
• Carrying out property safety audits and supporting the closure of corrective actions
n
• Reviewing fire and water risk assessment remedials
n
• Developing property safety audit templates and a risk based audit programme
n
• Completing gap analysis against UK legislation and ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements
n
n
We are looking for an experienced Property or Facilities SHE professional with knowledge of UK property safety legislation. You must have practical experience completing DSEAR assessments.
n
n
This is an immediate requirement and will involve travel across Scotland.
