Construction EstimatorPrepare cost estimates, tender pricing and bid submissionsReview drawings, specifications, and project documentationObtain and analyse quotationsQuantity take-offs and cost analysisHighlight potential risksCommunicate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractorsSupport project handoversRequirements for a successful Construction EstimatorPrevious experience in estimating within commercial/industrial constructionSolid knowledge of construction methods and materialsCompetence in interpreting technical drawings and specificationsStrong numerical ability alongside analytical and communication skillsSkilled in Microsoft Office and relevant estimating softwareCapable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbout Allstaff Recruitment
