Community Support Worker – Brain Injury Rehab & Living

Brainkind is seeking a Community Support Worker to join our team at the Cleckheaton supported living service in Bradford, BD19. You will help service users with daily tasks, foster a homely environment and support personal goals.

Role involves developing support plans and risk assessments, with written records as required. Driving licence is advantageous; 39 hours per week at £13.21 per hour plus £1 on Bank Holidays and Weekends; DBS checks apply.
