Senior OT: Critical Care & Acute Respiratory (Flexible)

West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join the Critical Care and Acute Respiratory Therapy team at Watford General Hospital. The role focuses on advanced OT in critical care, early rehabilitation, and complex neuro/respiratory rehabilitation.

You will provide clinical leadership, supervise junior staff, and participate in service development, audits and MDT collaboration, with a seven-day rota and weekend coverage as required.
