Graduate Support Worker – Social Care & Skills Development

Depaul offers a ThisSupport Worker-Graduate Programme designed to grow your professional skills and enable you to make a difference in residents’ lives. You will join a multi-disciplinary team that uses holistic approaches to support service users with care, dignity and harm-reduction principles.

The role follows a 7-day week rota and provides graduates with experience across key worker sessions, direct service user work and project administration as part of a structured twelve-month programme.
