Head Dental Nurse — Lead Clinician & Team Mentor

Mydentist in Plympton, PL7, is seeking a Head Dental Nurse to lead the nurse team and support the Practice Manager. This is a full-time role, 39 hours per week, based in our 5-surgery practice.

You will oversee rotas, people management, materials stock, and the development of Students and Trainee Dental Nurses, while helping clinicians deliver high-quality dentistry and ensure the smooth running of your surgery and the practice.
