Hybrid Revenue and Benefits Quality Assurance Officer

Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is seeking a part-time Revenue and Benefits Client Officer to join our Revenues and Benefits service. The role is 18.5 hours per week, hybrid working, starting salary £39,616 pro rata with progression to £42,616 pro rata, subject to satisfactory service, including outer fringe allowance.

You will audit and monitor performance, interpret benefit legislation, and liaise with partners such as Liberata UK Ltd, residents, and stakeholders.
