Chargeback & Payments Risk Specialist

Zego is redefining insurance for drivers in the UK. We are hiring to own the end-to-end chargeback dispute process, build evidence frameworks, and lead remediation of dormant balances in line with AML rules.

You’ll collaborate with Finance, Operations, and external processors to strengthen controls and reporting. Essentially, you will identify patterns, produce SARs when warranted, and contribute to fraud models within our risk team.
