Care Home Maintenance Technician: Independent & Impactful

Runwood Homes is seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our care home team. You will perform regular maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing and decorating, and ensure the premises are secure.

You will also carry out scheduled checks throughout the home and respond to repair requests to keep our residents safe and comfortable. We value independence and initiative, with experience in carpentry, plumbing or decorating preferred.
