Kitchen Manager: Lead High-Volume Kitchen & Food Safety

Aramark UK is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead all kitchen operations at HMP Millsike, York. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 0800-1630 with some weekends, and includes overseeing food prep, service, safety and cost control. Salary £39,000 with meals on shift, parking and comprehensive benefits.

You will manage ordering, stock, menu planning, compliance and team performance, while driving client satisfaction and operational excellence in a challenging, regulated environment.
