Night Duty Manager – Coastal Hotel Guest Experience Lead

Watergate Bay Hotel is seeking a Night Duty House Manager to lead overnight operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience from check in to check out. You will monitor all hotel functions, support the team, and maintain safety and service standards throughout the night.

The role is full-time, 31.5 hours per week across 4 shifts on and 4 shifts off, with opportunities for development within a coastal hospitality setting.
