Night Shift Residential Support for Young People

Barnardo’s is recruiting for a Residential Support Worker to join the Contextual Safeguarding Home in Hinckley, Leicestershire. The role is full-time on a permanent basis with hours 10pm – 8:15am, four shifts on, four shifts off.

Responsibilities include building trusting relationships, working with carers and professionals, helping maintain the home, documenting records, safeguarding, and ensuring a safe environment.
