Senior Commercial Counsel – Contracts, Compliance & Risk

Thomas Franks Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Legal Counsel to join our in-house team at our Hook Norton offices. The role focuses on commercially driven advice across client and supplier agreements, with a view to building robust legal frameworks and risk controls across the business.

You will work with sales, operations and procurement to deliver pragmatic, risk-based solutions that protect the company’s interests, while enabling growth and client satisfaction.
