Resolution Field Agent – Flexible Self-Employed Fieldwork

Resolution Field Agent role involves field visits to residential and commercial properties on behalf of our clients, focusing on resolving customer accounts, reconnecting services, and providing support to those experiencing financial difficulty.

The position is self-employed, part-time or full-time with a guaranteed daily rate of £130–£150. Requires a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle with business insurance, DBS check, and strong organisational and communication skills.
