GMP Maintenance Engineering Lead (On-site)

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Lead Maintenance Engineer to head the on-site Maintenance Engineering function. You will drive compliance, reliability, safety, and continuous improvement across site operations, managing budgets, assets, and regulatory requirements while partnering with Production, Quality and Validation.

You will supervise a team, set KPIs, lead audits and CAPAs, and ensure alignment with the site’s development plan and EHS policies.
